In the light of our commitment to providing an exceptional service and ensuring a smooth booking experience, we have updated our salon policies regarding all appointments with our stylists.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
All appointment reminder messages will be sent 48 hours in advance of your appointment. This will give us a chance to fill your space if you are unable to make your current booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to give notice will incur a 50% charge and 100% if cancellation is under 24 hours notice.

A 50% deposit may be requested from you on any larger appointments, this will be deducted from your total service on the day.
* deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation.
VOUCHERS POLICY
Vouchers purchased from Panache Limited, can only be used at the registered address.
All Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date from the date purchased.
Vouchers will not be refundable.
WE ASK YOU KINDLY TO PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME - IF YOU ARRIVE LATER THEN 10 minutes YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND A FEE MAY BE INCURRED
