Katie
Meet Katie, our Director. With 20 years of salon experience, her passion for hair and improving our planet led her to open Panache, an environmentally friendly salon, using organic Oway products which are biodynamically farmed in a sustainable way to ensure that making hair beautiful has as little impact on our beautiful world as possible. Katie’s initial studies took place in Guernsey’s COFE and since qualifying she has attended various other courses across the UK, including London’s Aveda academy.
Siri
Meet Siri, our Senior Stylist. Siri has 13 years experience in the hairdressing industry and is a qualified hair stylist of 8 years who has also attended The Hob Academy for a classic cutting course. Siri’s main focus is to learn different techniques, styles and new trends. She enjoys all aspect of hairdressing; mostly balayage and styling hair. She loves to make the clients feel amazing and enjoy their experience.
Aaliyah
Meet Aaliyah, our Stylist. Aaliyah has been in the hairdressing industry for 6 years and qualified with an NVQ Level 3 in hairdressing which she studied at Guernsey’s COFE. Aaliyah then went on to further her studies at Vidal Sassoon Academy and Blue Tit Academy in London and loved learning new techniques in cutting. Aaliyah is passionate about hair and loves a balayage!
George
Meet George, our Stylist. George has recently returned to the island after spending 12 years in London. She has 6 years working in the industry having trained at Vidal Sassoon in 2018 in both cut and colour where she discovered passion for colouring. This led her to pursue further education at Ena Salon in Covent Garden where she qualified and worked as a technician. She loves creating bespoke colours for her clients. Her favourites being blondes whether that’s highlights, balayage or lived in colour.
Leanna
Meet Leanna, our Apprentice. Leanna is currently in her second year and studying her NVQ qualifications at the Guernsey College Of Further Education and is also gaining valuable experience in salon. Leanna has great interest in becoming a hair stylist and is passionate to learn so much more.

We use products from Oway, a sustainable and eco-friendly brand.
We go to great lengths to ensure you will receive an eco-friendly service in the salon, so of course this approach has to extend to our products too! That’s why we choose to use Oway products on your hair.
Oway use Agricosmetics® which “is putting care, conscience and attention in every choice and action, and creating quality products that respect environment and people.” We LOVE this.
Products are available to purchase at the salon. We also provide refillable shampoos and conditioners to be more environmentally friendly - plus you get 15% off if you choose to refill your bottle!
